Jason started with an entrepreneurial mindset at an early age with his transparent, systematic, straight to the point, troubleshooting and problem solving mindset. You can say he is D-C on the Disc profile chart. Technology peaked his interest from the beginning from disassembling TVs, VCRs, CD Players, Video Game Systems and Cell Phones. Technology took Jason to a career in the cellular industry for ten years. In 2000 Jason gained his entrepreneurial acumen, team approach, marketing strategy expertise as the co-founder and managing partner of Wireless Depot N.A. In 2005 recognizing a change in the wireless industry he decided to make an aggressive transition into the residential real estate arena. His take-charge attitude, motivational skills, and tireless work ethic helped excel him to the top of the industry. Jason’s mantra “I always look at obstacles as opportunities” which has been put to the test several times in his career.
At every opportunity Jason is strategic in troubleshooting the inefficiencies of the business by focusing on the details, the talent, the customer and the data. Once the research is done he quickly creates systems, tests, tests again, collaborates with talent in supporting and pushing them to grow personally and professionally. Jason’s has the DNA of a COO. Rather than possessing a single set of skills that can be easily identified in any business, he adapts, chameleon-like, to the environment in which he finds himself.
After twenty five years in Sales and twenty fours years in Management every year is a new opportunity and challenge for him to surpass the growth of the prior year. He has been a motivational speaker, real estate coach, trainer and a certified NYS real estate instructor for fifteen years. He also has conducted several real estate convention workshops for Independent and Global Real Estate Brands.
As an entrepreneur, he has held leadership positions for various real estate brands, real estate boards and multiple listing systems. He was named “Manager of the Year” by a prior firm in 2011 and 2015 and was a “Forty Under Forty Rising Star,” an award bestowed by the Business Council of Westchester.
